NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (APPROVED SOCIETIES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1952.

The Minister for Social Welfare in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the National Health Insurance Acts, 1911 to 1952, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, by this, his Order makes the following Regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Insurance (Approved Societies) (Amendment) Regulations, 1952.

2. Article 9 of the National Health Insurance (Approved Societies) (Amendment) Regulations, 1925 (S.R. & O. 1925, No. 39) (as amended by subsequent Regulations) is hereby amended by the deletion of the words " in consequence of wounds received during such service".

3. These Regulations shall come into operation and have effect as on and from the 7th day of July, 1952.
