IMPORTATION OF WOOL ORDER, 1946 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the joint operation of the Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1948, and the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1949, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Importation of Wool Order, 1946 (Amendment) Order, 1952.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The Importation of Wool Order, 1946 (S. R. & O., No. 253 of 1946), shall be construed and have effect as if the Channel Islands and Canada were excluded from the Schedule to that Order.
