MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1952.

WHEREAS Seán F. Lemass, Minister for Industry and Commerce, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office during a period commencing on the 5th day of April, 1952 :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Industry and Commerce (Agency) Order, 1952.

2. Frank Aiken, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Industry and Commerce during the period commencing on the 5th day of April, 1952, and ending on the date on which the said Seán F. Lemass resumes the duties of that office.
