NATIONAL HEALTH COUNCIL (TENURE OF OFFICE OF MEMBERS) ORDER, 1952.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by subsection (4) of section 98 of the Health Act, 1947 , (No. 28 of 1947) hereby determines and orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Council (Tenure of Office of Members) Order, 1952.

2. Every member of the National Health Council shall, unless he sooner dies, resigns or is removed from office by the said Minister, hold office until the 31st day of March, 1954.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this first day of April, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-two.
