KILDARE PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICT (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1952.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of Section 40 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Kildare Public Assistance District (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1952, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1952.

2. The division of the Kildare Public Assistance District into Dispensary Districts shall be varied as follows :—

(a) the District Electoral Divisions of Narraghmore and Inchaquire shall cease to form part of the Dispensary District of Fontstown and shall become and form part of the Dispensary District of Moone ;

(b) the Townland of Glassely in the District Electoral Division of Burtown shall cease to form part of the Dispensary District of Athy and shall become and form part of the Dispensary District of Fontstown ;

(c) the Townlands of Blackditch, Balkinstown, Nurney, Nurney Bog, Nurney Demesne and Kildoon in the District Electoral Division of Nurney and the Townlands of Boghall, Clarey, Cloneybeg, Gorteen Lower, Gorteen Upper and Mylerstown in the District Electoral Division of Harristown shall cease to form part of the Dispensary District of Monasterevan and shall become and form part of the Dispensary District of Fontstown ;

(d) the Townlands of Smallford and Blackwood in the District Electoral Division of Skerries shall cease to form part of the Dispensary District of Fontstown and shall become and form part of the Dispensary District of Athy.
