Use or possession of deleterious or poisonous matter.

42.—(1) If any person employs in any river any deleterious or poisonous matter for the purpose of capturing or destroying fish, he shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.

(2) If any person, being on the bank of or near any river, has in his possession any deleterious or poisonous matter with intent to employ it for the purpose of capturing or destroying fish, he shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
