DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION (No. 147) ORDER, 1951.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 147) Order, 1951.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The place for holding the District Court during the period from the 1st day of December, 1951, to the 7th day of January, 1952, shall—

(a) for the purposes of civil proceedings and cases of summary jurisdiction in the district court area of Limerick City, and

(b) for the purpose of cases of summary jurisdiction in the district court areas of Limerick Liberties and Castleconnell in the County of Limerick.
