LIMERICK CITY PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICT (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1951.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section (2) of Section 40 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Limerick City Public Assistance District (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1951, and shall come into operation on the first day of December, 1951.

2. The Limerick City Public Assistance District shall henceforth consist of the Dispensary Districts specified in Column I of the Schedule hereto and the said Dispensary Districts shall comprise the wards and townlands or portions of wards and townlands respectively specified opposite thereto in Column II of the said Schedule.

3. Any of the said townlands or wards or the said portions of townlands or wards which prior to the date of the coming into operation of this Order formed part of a Dispensary District other than the Dispensary District specified opposite thereto in Column I of the said Schedule shall cease so to form part and shall become part of the said Dispensary District in accordance with Article 2 hereof.
