MILITARY SERVICE PENSIONS REGULATIONS (No. 1) 1927 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1951.

I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 of the Military Service Pensions Act, 1924 (No. 48 of 1924), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Military Service Pensions Regulations (No. 1), 1927 (Amendment) Regulations, 1951.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

3. The Military Service Pensions Regulations (No. 1), 1927 (Amendment) Regulations, 1950 (S.I., No. 119 of 1950), are hereby amended by the deletion in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 3 of the words and figures " 7th day of June, 1951 ", and the substitution of the words and figures " 7th day of June, 1952 ".
