DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION NO. 141) ORDER, 1951.

I, DANIEL MORRISEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of Section 11 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 141) Order, 1951.

2. For the purpose of summary jurisdiction business, the District Court in the district court area of Borris-in-Ossory in the County of Laoighis shall be held on Thursday, the 22nd day of March, 1951, in ieu of the fourth Tuesday in that month.
