HARBOUR RATES (DROGHEDA HARBOUR) ORDER, 1947 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby orders as follows :—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Drogheda Harbour) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1951.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 8th day of February, 1951.

2. The Third Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Drogheda Harbour) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 228 of 1947 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of the figure " 9 " for the figure " 6 " in the third column at reference number 2.
