EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 118) ORDER, 1941 (SUSPENSION OF SECTION 5 OF THE CONTROL OF IMPORTS ACT, 1934) (Nos. 8, 15, 16 AND 18) ORDERS (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O., No. 456 of 1941), and of every and any other power him in that behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—
1. This Order may be cited as an Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of
Section 5
of the
Control of Imports Act, 1934
) (Nos. 8, 15, 16 and 18) Orders (Second Amendment) Order, 1950.
2. Each Order mentioned in the third column of the Schedule hereto is hereby amended by the substitution of the words and figures " 31st day of December, 1951 " for the words and figures " 31st day of December, 1950," where the latter words and figures occur in each Order.
