MILITARY SERVICE PENSIONS ACT, 1934 (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1950.

The Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the
Military Service Pensions Act, 1934
(No. 43 of 1934), as amended, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby makes the following Regulations, that is to say :—
1. These Regulations may be cited as the
Military Service Pensions Act, 1934
(No. 2) Regulations, 1950.
2. The
Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937) applies to these Regulations.
3. Every report of the Referee on an application for a service certificate shall be on the Form MSP/34/2A set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
4. The
Military Service Pensions Act, 1934
(No. 1) Regulations, 1942, made on the 1st day of January, 1942, are hereby revoked.\
