SLIGO PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICT (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 40 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Sligo Public Assistance District (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1950.

2. The division of the Sligo Public Assistance District into Dispensary Districts shall be varied as follows :—

(a) there shall be an additional Dispensary District in the Sligo Public Assistance District, to be known as the Sligo No. 3 Dispensary District ;

(b) the District Electoral Divisions of Sligo West, Urban and Knocknarea shall cease to form part of the Sligo No. 2 Dispensary District, and shall constitute the Sligo No. 3 Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the twenty-first day of September, 1950.
