PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS (POLLING CARDS) REGULATIONS, 1950.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers vested in him by Section 4 of the Presidential Elections Act, 1937 (No. 32 of 1937), and Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act, 1946 (No. 29 of 1946), hereby makes the following regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Presidential Elections (Polling Cards) Regulations, 1950.

2. The form set out in the Schedule hereto shall be the prescribed form of polling card for a presidential election.
