UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE (INCLUSION) ORDER, 1950.

THE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE (INCLUSION) ORDER, 1950, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL WELFARE UNDER THE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT, 1920.

By virtue of the powers conferred on him by Section 4 of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Minister for Social Welfare, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Order :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Unemployment Insurance (Inclusion) Order, 1950.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The persons specified in the Schedule hereto shall be included among the persons employed within the meaning of the Unemployment Acts, 1920 to 1948.

SCHEDULE.

Any person employed at Race Meetings by the Racing Board who has no other occupation.
