DRIED PEAS (REGULATION OF IMPORT) ORDER, 1946 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1950.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Import) Act, 1938 (No. 14 of 1938), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby, after consultation with the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Industry and Commerce, order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dried Peas (Regulation of Import) Order, 1946 (Revocation) Order, 1950.

2. (1) The Dried Peas (Regulation of Import) Order, 1946 (S. R. & O., No. 86 of 1946), is hereby revoked.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1950.
