LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DUBLIN) (TEMPORARY) ACT, 1948 (CONTINUANCE) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 , hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 , (Continuance) Order, 1950.

2. Part II of the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 (No. 15 of 1948) shall continue in force for six months from the 1st day of July, 1950.
