FISHERIES (STATUTE LAW REVISION) ACT, 1949 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1950.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 2 of the Fisheries (Statute Law Revision) Act, 1949 (No. 27 of 1949), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Statute Law Revision) Act, 1949 (Commencement) Order, 1950.

2. The 1st day of June, 1950, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Fisheries (Statute Law Revision) Act, 1949 (No. 27 of 1949), shall come into operation.
