DAIRY PRODUCE ACT, 1924 (REGULATIONS UNDER PART III) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1950.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (Regulations under Part III) (Amendment) Order, 1950.

(2) The Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (Regulations under Part III) Orders, 1925 to 1940, and this Order may be cited together as the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (Regulations under Part III) Orders, 1925 to 1950.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. In this Order—

the expression " the Minister " means the Minister for Agriculture ;

the expression " the Principal Order " means the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (Regulations under Part III) Order No. 1, 1925 ( S. R. & O. No. 51 of 1925 ), as amended by subsequent Orders.

4.—(1) Parchment paper issued by the Minister in the form indicated in the Schedule hereto may, notwithstanding anything contained in the Principal Order, be used for the wrapping of butter packed in rolls on premises registered in the Register of Creameries kept under the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924).

(2) Parchment paper issued by the Minister in accordance with this Article shall be imprinted in sepia and no parchment paper imprinted in that colour, or in any colour likely to be confused with it, other than that so issued, shall be used for the wrapping of butter.

(3) No words or marks of any kind shall be imposed upon parchment paper issued by the Minister in accordance with this Article nor shall the form of such paper be altered in any way.
