LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (URBAN DISTRICT OF ARKLOW) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (No. 3 of 1948) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (Urban District of Arklow) Order, 1950.

2. Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in the Urban District of Arklow on the seventh day after the date of this Order.
