MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL AFFAIRS (AGENCY) (NO. 1) ORDER 1950.

WHEREAS SEÁN MACBRIDE, Minister for External Affairs, will, on account of absence from the State, be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office for a period commencing on the 22nd day of March, 1950.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 , (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for External Affairs (Agency) (No. 1) Order, 1950.

2. NOEL C. BROWNE, Minister for Health, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for External Affairs during the period commencing on the 22nd day of March, 1950, and ending on the date on which the said SEÁN MACBRIDE returns to the State.
