LOUTH PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICT (DISTRICT INSTITUTIONS) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him by Section 31 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 , and of all other powers in this behalf enabling him hereby orders and directs as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Louth Public Assistance District (District Institutions) Order, 1950.

2. The Council of the County of Louth shall provide and maintain an institution at Dundalk in the said County of Louth, which institution shall be a County Hospital.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health, this twenty-third day of February, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty.
