SUMMER TIME ORDER, 1950.

I, SEÁN MAC EOIN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Summer Time Order, 1950.

2. The period of summer time appointed by the Summer Time Order, 1926, shall not be the period of summer time for the purpose of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1950.

3. The period of summer time for the purpose of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1950 shall be the period beginning at two o'clock West-European time, in the morning of the 16th day of April, 1950, and ending at two o'clock West-European time, in the morning of the 22nd day of October, 1950.
