Cesser of office of future Lay Commissioners.

15.—Where—

(a) a person who is appointed after the passing of this Act to be a Lay Commissioner attains the age of sixty-five years, and

(b) he holds office as a Lay Commissioner on the day on which he attains that age,

he shall, notwithstanding any other enactment, cease to hold that office at the end of that day.
