COAL (SUSPENSION OF CUSTOMS DUTY) (No. 2) ORDER, 1949.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Coal (Suspension of Customs Duty) (No. 2) Order, 1949.

2. Paragraph (2) of Article 2 of the Coal (Suspension of Customs Duty) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 106 of 1947 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of the " 31st day of March, 1950 " for the " 30th day of September, 1949 ".
