MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1949.

The Government, in exercise of the power conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) Order, 1949.

2. JOHN A. COSTELLO, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute, during the period commencing on the 27th day of September, 1949, and ending on the 24th day of October, 1949 (being a period during which SEAN MAC EOIN, Minister for Justice, will. be unable to discharge the duties of his said office), the office of Minister for Justice.
