S.I. No. 123/1949 - Emergency Powers (Córas Iompair Éireann) Directions, 1944 (Revocation) Directions, 1949.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby give the following Directions :—

1. (1) These Directions may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Córas Iompair Éireann) Directions, 1944 (Revocation) Directions, 1949.

(2) These Directions shall come into operation on the 9th day of May, 1949.

2. The Emergency Powers (Córas Iompair Éireann) Directions, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 353 of 1944) are hereby revoked.
