TRANSPORT ACT, 1944 (ALTERATION OF MAXIMUM RAILWAY CHARGES OF THE LONDONDERRY AND LOUGH SWILLY RAILWAY COMPANY) ORDER, 1949.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 89 of the Transport Act, 1944 (No. 21 of 1944), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act, 1944 (Alteration of Maximum Railway Charges of the Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway Company) Order, 1949.

2. The maximum charges applicable to the Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway Company for traffic by rail are hereby altered by the substitution of the charges set out in the Schedule to this Order for the appropriate charges at present in operation and the altered charges shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1949.

3. Parts I and II (B) of the Schedule to the Transport Act, 1944 (Alteration of Maximum Railway Charges of the Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway Company) Order, 1948 (S.I., No. 130 of 1948), are hereby revoked as on and from the date mentioned in Article 2.
