EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 118) ORDER, 1941 (SUSPENSION OF SECTION 5 OF THE CONTROL OF IMPORTS ACT, 1934) (Nos. 8, 11, 15, 16 AND 18) ORDERS (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 456 of 1941), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of Section 5 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 ) (Nos. 8, 11, 15, 16 and 18) Orders (Amendment) Order, 1948.

2. Each Order mentioned in the third column of the Schedule hereto is hereby amended by the substitution of the words and figures " the 30th day of June, 1949 " for the words and figures " the 31st day of December, 1948 " where the latter words and figures occur in each Order.
