DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) ORDER, 1948.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 6 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1948.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. In this Order—

the expression " the Principal Order " means the Dublin District Milk Board Order, 1936 ( S. R. & O. No. 254 of 1936 ) ;

the expression " the Amending Order " means the Dublin District Milk Board (Amendment) Order, 1948 ( S.I. No. 133 of 1948 ).

4. The Principal Order is hereby amended by the substitution of the area specified in the Schedule to this Order for the area specified (by virtue of the Amending Order) in Part II of the Schedule to the Principal Order.

5. The Amending Order is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE.

The area consisting of—

the county borough of Dublin,

the administrative counties of Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath and Louth,

the parts of the administrative county of Wexford comprising—

(a) the urban district of Enniscorthy, and

(b) the rural districts of Enniscorthy and Gorey (including the town of Gorey) as constituted immediately before the 1st day of October, 1925,

the parts of the administrative county of Carlow comprising—

(a) the rural district of Baltinglass No. 2 as constituted immediately before the 1st day of October, 1925, and

(b) the district electoral divisions of Ballintemple, Ballon, Grangeford, Kilbride, Killerrig, Rathrush, Tankards-town, Tullowbeg, Tullow Rural and Tullow Urban,

the parts of the administrative county of Westmeath comprising the district electoral divisions of Ballinlough, Ballyhealy, Ballynaskeagh, Bracklin, Clonarney, Copperalley, Delvin, Huntingdon, Derrymore, Fore East, Kilcumny, Killua, Killucan, Killulagh, Raharney, Riverdale and Rosmead.
