LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MINOR OFFICERS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of Section 8, Section 9 and paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 19 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Minor Officers) (Amendment) Order, 1948.

2. The Local Government (Minor Officers) Order, 1943, shall be amended by the addition to the Schedule thereto of the following offices in a District Mental Hospital or Auxiliary Mental Hospital.

Charge Nurse (Male).

Charge Nurse (Female).

Deputy Charge Nurse (Male).

Deputy Charge Nurse (Female).
