DUBLIN AND KERRY COUNTY COUNCILS (ELECTIONS) ORDER, 1948.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by sections 45 and 51 of the Local Government Act, 1941 (No. 23 of 1941) and section 3 of the Local Elections Act, 1948 (No. 8 of 1948) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin and Kerry County Councils (Elections) Order, 1948.

2. The 6th day of October, 1948 shall be the day for the holding of a new election of the members of the Council of the County of Dublin and of the Council of the County of Kerry.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this seventeenth day of August, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-eight.
