GRASS SEED (REGULATION OF IMPORT) ORDER, 1938 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1948.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Import) Act, 1938 (No. 14 of 1938), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby, after consultation with the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Industry and Commerce, order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Grass Seed (Regulation of Import) Order, 1938 (Revocation) Order, 1948.

2. The Grass Seed (Regulation of Import) Order, 1938 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 138 of 1938) is hereby revoked as on and from the 21st day of July, 1948.
