HARBOUR RATES (CORK HARBOUR) (RATES ON CHOCOLATE AND COCOA) ORDER, 1948.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and after due compliance with section 106 of the said Act, hereby orders as follows :—

1.—(1) This order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Cork Harbour) (Rates on Chocolate and Cocoa) Order, 1948.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1948.

2.—(1) The rates set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be included in the Schedule to the Cork Harbour Act, 1933 (No. 1 (Private) of 1933).

(2) Article 5 of the Harbour Rates (Cork Port and Harbour) Order, 1940 ( S. R. & O. No. 390 of 1940 ), as amended by the Harbour Rates (Cork Port and Harbour) Order, 1940 (Amendment) Order, 1941 ( S. R. & O. No. 561 of 1941 ), shall have effect as if this Order were included amongst the orders mentioned in the said Article 5.
