THE STATISTICS (CENSUS OF PRODUCTION) (FORMS) ORDER, 1948, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 16 OF THE STATISTICS ACT, 1926.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Statistics Act, 1926 (No. 12 of 1926), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Statistics (Census of Production (Forms) Order, 1948.

2. The forms to be used in the collection of statistics under the Statistics (Census of Production) Order, 1948 ( S.I. No. 49 of 1948 ), shall be the forms set out in the Schedule to this Order.

SCHEDULE.

The Schedule consists of a complete set of the forms which are used in collecting the statistics required by this Order. These forms are issued gratis to the persons engaged in the industries, trades and businesses concerned, and may be purchased by the public (price 2d. each) on application to the Secretary, Department of Industry and Commerce (Statistics Branch), Lower Castle Yard (South), Dublin.
