REGISTRATION EXPENSES ORDER, 1924 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (3) of section 12 of the Electoral Act, 1923 (No. 12 of 1923), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Registration Expenses Order, 1924 (Amendment) Order, 1948.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. In Article 1 of the scale of registration expenses framed by the Minister for Finance under subsection (3) of section 12 of the Electoral Act, 1923 (No. 12 of 1923), and dated the 21st day of February, 1924, the sum 1s. 6d. is altered to the sum 2s. 0d. and the sum 1s. 9d. is altered to the sum 2s. 4d.
