SMALL DWELLINGS ACQUISITION ACT, 1899 (MAXIMUM SUM) ORDER, 1948.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 38 of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1948 (No. 1 of 1948), hereby orders as follows :—

1. The maximum sum for the purposes of subsection (1) of section 38 of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1948 , shall be one thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds.

2. This Order may be cited as the Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899 (Maximum Sum) Order, 1948.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this seventeenth day of February, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-eight.
