CUSTOMS DUTIES (MISCELLANEOUS SUSPENSIONS) ORDER, 1947 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1948.

2. Article 3 of the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 105 of 1947 ), as amended, is hereby revoked as on and from the 22nd day of January, 1948.
