PREVENTION OF ILLICIT DISTILLATION ORDER, 1947.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (6) of section 26 of the Intoxicating Liquor (General) Act, 1924 . (No. 62 of 1924), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Prevention of Illicit Distillation Order, 1947.

2. The Second Schedule to the Prevention of Illicit Distillation Order, 1928, is hereby amended by the deletion of the words " Brown Sugar."
