VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ACT, 1930 (APPLICATION OF PART V TO WATERFORD CITY) ORDER, 1946.

I, TOMÁS Ó DEIRG, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 60 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Application of Part V to Waterford City) Order, 1946.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The vocational education area of the City of Waterford Vocational Education Committee shall, as on and from the 1st day of January, 1947, be a district to which Part V of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930) applies.
