DOCUMENTS AND PICTURES (REGULATION OF EXPORT) EXCLUSION ORDER, 1946.

The Minister for Education in exercise or powers conferred on him by Section 2 (3) of the Documents and Pictures (Regulation of Export) Act, 1945 (No. 29 of 1945) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Documents and Pictures (Regulation of Export) Exclusion Order, 1946.

2. Documents being title-deeds of properties lodged with a bank as security and passing between the Head Offices and Branches of Banks in the ordinary course of business shall be excluded from the operation of the Documents and Pictures (Regulation of Export) Act, 1945 .
