MILK BOARDS (ELECTIONS) REGULATIONS, 1946.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Acts, 1936 and 1941, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Milk Boards (Elections) Regulations, 1946.

(2) The Principal Regulations, the Milk Boards (Election Regulations) 1944 ( S. R. & O. No. 38 of 1944 ), and these Regulations may be cited together as the Milk Boards (Election) Regulations, 1937 to 1946.

2. In these Regulations, the expression " the Principal Regulations " means the Milk Boards (Elections) Regulations, 1937 ( S. R. & O. No. 178 of 1937 ).

3. (1) Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is hereby amended—

(a) by the substitution, in paragraph (a), of the word " fifty-four " for the word " twenty-eight",

(b) by the substitution, in paragraph (b), of the word " forty-five " for the word " nineteen ", and

(c) by the substitution, in paragraph (c) of the word " forty-four " for the word " eighteen ".

(2) Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution, in subparagraph (a) of paragraph (1), of the word " fifty-four " for the word " twenty-eight ".
