INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT, 1946 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1946.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (No. 26 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (Commencement) Order, 1946.

2. The 23rd day of September, 1946, is hereby appointed to be the day on which the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (No. 26 of 1946), shall come into operation.
