THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES (PENICILLIN) ORDER, 1946.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by Article 2 of the Therapeutic Substances (Amendment) Regulations, 1946, hereby orders that paragraph (a) of Article 21 of the Therapeutic Substances (Saorstát Éireann) Regulations, 1934, shall not apply in relation to the therapeutic substances specified in the Schedule to this Order.

Penicillin (crude filtrate) Penicillin (dried crude filtrate) and penicillin salts as defined in the Seventh Schedule to the Therapeutic Substances (Amendment) Regulations, 1945.
