ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD TRANSPORT ACT, 1932) REGULATIONS, 1946.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by
section 4
of the
Road Transport Act, 1932
(No. 2 of 1932), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following Regulations :—
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport (
Road Transport Act, 1932
) Regulations, 1946.

(2) These Regulations and the Road Transport (
Road Transport Act, 1932
) Regulations, 1932 and 1933, may be cited together as the Road Transport (
Road Transport Act, 1932
) Regulations, 1932 to 1946.

(3) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1946.
2. The
Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.
3. The Third Schedule to the Road Transport Regulations, 1932 (S. R. & O., No. 26 of 1932), is hereby amended as follows :—

(a) by the deletion of Scale B and the substitution of the following :—
