HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (COMMENCEMENT OF PART II) ORDER 1946.

I, SEAN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Commencement of Part II) Order, 1946.

2. The year 1946 is hereby appointed to be the year in which Part II of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), shall come into operation in respect of the harbour authorities named in the Schedule hereto.
