64.—Subsection (1) of section 44 of the Act of 1941 is hereby amended by the insertion after paragraph (d) of the following word and paragraph : | |
“or | ||
(e) a local authority refuses or wilfully neglects to comply with an express requirement which is imposed on them by or under any enactment or order,”. |
