Judicial notice of Government orders and subsidiary instruments.

9.—(1) Every Government order and every subsidiary instrument shall be, and, in the case of every Government order or subsidiary instrument made before the operative date, be deemed always to have been, judicially noticed.

(2) Nothing in subsection (1) of this section shall render a person who has been acquitted of an offence liable to be charged again with that offence.
