Amendment of subsection (1) of section 16 of the Act of 1939. |
2.— Section 16 of the Act of 1939 is hereby amended by the substitution, for subsection (1), of the following subsection: | |
“(1) The Minister for Finance, on the recommendation of the Minister, may advance to the Board out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof such sums, not exceeding in the aggregate one million two hundred and fifty thousand pounds as the Board shall from time to time require.”. |
